**Purchase Ledger Clerk** to join their expanding finance team.

Your new role as Purchase Ledger clerk will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager. Responsibilities will include:

- Coding & posting invoices
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Investigating and correcting supplier accounts
- Supporting the team with on-boarding new suppliers
- Actively build strong relationships with suppliers
- Reviewing and ensuring timely processing, including liaison with authorisers, and completing updates where appropriate
- Preparing monthly payment run reports for approval, and action payments by BACs
- Issuing remittance advice to suppliers
- Processing of receipts and submissions from Payment card holders.

**About you**

As well as having a passion for accounts and an eagerness to learn everything there is to know about purchase ledger, our clients seeks good practical experience using excel. Previous AP experience would be helpful but not essential. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone studying toward their AAT.
