This is a temp to perm position

Must be comfortable lone working, being a key holder and using an alarm panel, where applicable.

You must have a DBS certificate for this role.

You will be asked for some compliance documents in order to be put forward for this position such as:

- Basic DBS Certificate (You must already have a DBS)
- Proof of National Insurance (NI Card, Payslip, Letter about tax, pension, or benefits)
- Proof of Address (Bank statement, Utility bill, or council tax. **Must be dated within 3 months**)
- Right to work (Passport, Birth certificate, or residence permit)
- 5 years address history (This can be typed out on a message)
- Credit report - We need to see evidence regarding CCJs, cannot accept more than £1,000 (This can just be a screenshot of your score)
