Job Title: Order Picker / Warehouse Operative - Permanent Full-Time

Location: Leiston IP16 4JD

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Weekly Hours: 37.50 hours per week

Starting Wage: £10.42 per hour

Pay Increase: £11.00 per hour after a 12-week probation period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
