**About the Role**

**About You**

The role is for you if you have the following:

- A love of meeting and working with new people from all walks of life
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Experience in designing social media content for various platforms
- Experience crafting pitch decks and talent manuals
- Proficient in tools such as Airtable and Google products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An ambition to have more ownership — working in-house
- An aspiration to contribute to a never-been-made library of audio
- Nice to have - audio editing experience or workflow knowledge

**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Work closely with our Head of Content to grow our ethnographic library of lived career experiences
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent across various job functions and levels
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including Bloom’s network, job boards, social media, conferences, and referrals, to identify new and exciting mentors
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between mentors and the Head of Content, ensuring each mentor feels part of the Bloom network
- Assist with the development and implementation of creative recruitment initiatives, including postings and networking fairs
