**Talent Sourcer (London, NW2)**

**About the role**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to join our growing HR & Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. You will also play an important role in advising and guiding managers on best practices in talent acquisition.

You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish including, but not limited to, screening CVs, conducting interviews as well as providing feedback to Practice Managers, Reception Staff, Treatment Coordinators, Dental Nurses and Dentists.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Identify, engage and nurture top talent via different recruitment methods including social media and job boards
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process including, screening CVs, conducting interviews as well as providing feedback
- Supporting in developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical positions
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
- Provide guidance and advice to managers on best practices in talent acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and technologies

**About you**
- 1 years + experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Experience in Dental / Healthcare / Aesthetics industries _(advantageous)_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Attention to detail and quality in all tasks and interactions
