We are recruiting for a Management Designate to join our 12-month training programme based in Washington. Our programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to potentially become a future manager in our Sales Division.

You’ll understand the end to end customer journey, and spend time training and operating within the various functions of our outstanding Contact Centre and UK Sales department.You’ll also have responsibility of some day to day duties of a Business DevelopmentManager and obtain a full understanding of our self-employed advisor network, including attending and completing the full advisor training programme, and selling and installing our market leading products.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft packages and video conferencing will help you to hit the ground running. You’ll be a confident presenter, commercially focused, and tenacious,determined and enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

You’ll be a disciplined self-starter with the ability to manage your own time and productivity to achieve deadlines and targets. As a determined individual, you’ll strive to support your own self development. You’ll demonstrate an ability to take on boardand develop skills according to management feedback, and have a positive, problem solving attitude. Fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders will enable you to influence behaviour and resolve issues using initiative.
