Andrew Grant Estate Agents is seeking a personable, motivated, well organised and persuasive individual to join our customer acquisition and retention team.

**Position**: Relationship Research and Development Executive

**Location**: Spetchley, Worcestershire

**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week

**Salary**: c£24k

**Role Overview**: You will play a pivotal role in implementing our methods in this new initiative focused on expanding our client base while nurturing and extending existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on a method that best identifies and engages with potential clients, establishing rapport and guiding them through the selling or purchasing journey. You should have exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in human behaviour and relationship development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Filter incoming client calls for opportunity or relationship management issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine interest in working in relationship management.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- A commitment to continuous learning and developing the best approach to maximising client satisfaction.
