We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at all times
- Up sell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyse customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and resolving issues promptly
- Adhere to phone etiquette guidelines to ensure professional communication

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service

Pay: From £24,241.54 per year
