We are a fast-growing modern Managed Service Provider based just outside Central Brighton, supporting businesses customers with a wide range of technical solutions.
We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our team, bringing in additional knowledge and skills to server our customers.
As a small MSP this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in 2nd/3rd line work and projects as well as the day to day 1st line role. If you have talent and determination then this is the perfect position to help you rapidly accelerate into a carer as asenior IT technician.

**Required Skills**:

- Technical support experience (at an MSP or similar)
- Telephone and Remote support
- Excellent communicator with customers at different levels
- Experience with Office 365
- Mentoring, advising, and working with junior/senior members of the team
- Driving Licence and car
- Great Attitude - we care about our customers. You must love technology, business, people, and delivering the highest quality in customer service
