An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established and growing company based in Romsey. Our client has expanded their business in recent months and are ever evolving their service offerings.

**Main duties of the Sales Administrator**:

- Generate and assist with proposal documentation for client approval
- Raise orders upon instruction and update the company’s CRM database
- Document purchase orders
- Negotiate sales and secure new business
- Assist to organise surveys and other works, including diary management
- Send and tack testing samples
- Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

**Key competencies of the Sales Administrator**:

- Strong customer communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of the sales process
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines
- IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Confident, committed, highly motivated, organised.

The hours for this role are 8:30am - 5:30pm with an early finish on Fridays (4.00pm) and our client is offering an annual salary of £21K - £23K per annum alongside many benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, local gym membership, pensionscheme, private healthcare cover, uniform, laptop and bonus scheme.
