Based in Romsey, we are a third generation family business selling Plastic Boxes and Storage Solutions nationally as well as internationally. We have a very exciting 2023 ahead, with an imminent move to a larger distribution facility among other exciting changes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual to work within our small and dynamic sales team. You would be involved in all aspects of the day to day tasks within the sales office as well as general administrative duties. Being a small team the role is varied on a daily basis and we have interesting future developments offering you future growth.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Making outbound calls to interested parties to complete orders
- Data inputting of orders & quotations
- Fielding inbound calls including customer returns, damages, delivery/courier issues and complaints
- Assisting with customer collections
- Working closely with couriers in regards to damage/loss claims and delivery issues
- Day to day administrative work including filing, invoicing and data inputting
- Managing and monitoring our customer review website

**Your attributes**:

- A passion for sales and willingness to learn a wide range of products
- An eye for detail when processing data
- Able to work under own initiative and be able to multi-task
- Ability to take an ownership of a task/issue until it is resolved
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- IT literate including MS Office programs and confident in learning new systems
- Experience within a customer facing environment
- Previous administrative experience ideal, but not essential
- A high level of spoken and written English

**Package**:

- 20 Days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays and closure between Christmas and New Year
- Free Parking
- Working Hours of 8:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-16:00 Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
