**Telemarketing Agent (Outbound Sales)**

We are looking for Confident, Target driven, Customer Focused & Adaptable individuals to join our growing Commercial Sales team as a Telemarketing Agent **(Cold Calling).** You will work closely with all stakeholders as the Champion of Cold Calling & Outbound sales activity, within OneFamily for the cold calling campaigns we initiate. You will provide accurate MI to internal and external Stakeholders to maximize all business opportunities as well as deliver against strategic objectives and quality measures.

If you are self-motivated with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build effective relationships quickly, you will thrive in this role. It’s more than just your experience, what is important to us is that you feel at home building connections with new customers, helping them to see the benefits of our products and providing a service that makes us stand out from the rest.

We’ll provide the training and all we ask is that you provide the ambition and enthusiasm to shine

**37.5 hours per week and have attractive shift patterns between the hours of 09:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday**

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales
- Good understanding of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Contact Centre workflow and telephony technologies
- Excellent Objection handling skills
- Previous cold calling experience is essential
- Results Focused
- Customer focused
- Able to use procedures and controls required to identify, mitigate and manage risks, complaints, breaches and to protect client assets and support business continuity plans.
- Industry Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time efficiently.
