**Wise May are looking for a Communications Administrator to join a friendly Insurance firm in Newcastle.**

**Duties to include**:

- Ensure a comprehensive and efficient service to client
- System and process review and improvement
- Review all incoming correspondence; checking for new incidents
- Checking databases for insurance entries and liaise with other departments about any queries
- Process fee invoices into electronic payment system
- Set-up new payee bank details
- Liaise internally to deal efficiently and effectively with payment and other queries

**_Monday
- Friday 9:00- 17:00._
