**The Opportunity**:
To manage the effective processing of all system-based recruitment and efficient processing of actions required as part of the life cycle of a member of staff (eg. Extensions, changes in hours etc.). This post will primarily work with the Centre for Cardiovascular Sciences.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Vocational qualifications (N/SVQ 3, or equivalent) plus work experience, or, school education to standard grade or equivalent plus work experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant systems (eg. Word, Excel)
- Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing HR support, including knowledge of University HR practices and procedures, particularly recruitment is desirable
