**Job overview**:
There is a requirement to be highly responsive to employer enquiries as part of the Apprenticeship function - dealing with routine enquiries from various stakeholders and following up responses. Supporting employers in understanding and using the Apprenticeship Recruitment Services. To develop a sound understanding of the College’s CRM system and support the Apprenticeship function in organising and running outreach events.

Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline

Experience of working in a fast paced, demanding business environment
Delivery of work-based training in work place or College environment
Experience and competence in servicing senior level meetings including agenda preparation, collation of papers and note taking
Experience of providing PA support
Experience in a successful further education environment
