**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Delivering facilities, property and organisational accommodation projects that enable implementation of strategic organisational change, such as new ways of working/working flexibly initiatives and property asset reviews. This includes specific elementsof work for example, vacating buildings, removals of building contents, staff relocations, provision of furniture and equipment, space planning and contributing to facilities required for buildings in use perspective to any building redevelopment plans.
- Confident in the role of intelligent client leading and mobilising accommodation relocation and closure projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, and the technical reference for site floorplans, adherence to requirements of property health andsafety, managing risks and project governance.
- Experienced in using professional judgement to manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects with time critical deadlines.
**Experience & Requirements**:
- Qualified professional or equivalent with significant relevant experience or significant vocational experience, demonstrating development through involvement in a series of progressively more demanding roles
- Experience of managing budgets of some complexity and risk
- Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring to develop others
- Required to have their own vehicle for use at work.
