Full Time Assistant Facilities Manager - Preston Based - £32-35k
**Your new role**
Main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the co-ordination of the department including delivery of plant equipment
- Ensure all administrative procedures meet audit standards
- Provide support to the facilities manager
- Oversee maintenance of plant equipment
- Review procedures and make cost saving recommendations
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Working knowledge of construction equipment
- Plant hire maintenance experience
- People management skills
- Strong IT skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Customer service skills
**What you'll get in return**
£32-35k
25 days + bank holidays annual leave
5% pension contribution
