**Partnerships Development Manager**
Are you great at building partnerships and looking for an exciting new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Partnerships Development Manager to work with a small health charity to help them form commercial relationships.
**Position**: Partnerships Development Manager
**Location**: Hybrid working - primarily homebased with occasional travel to Maidenhead
**Salary**: Circa £44.5k per annum
**Contract**: Full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent
**About the role**:
As Partnerships Development Manager you will work alongside a Consultant Dietetic Adviser and Chief Executive to identify and develop corporate partnerships, build and manage relationships, write proposals, and account manage both new and existing corporatepartners, in particular with the food and pharmaceutical industry.
**Some of your other key responsibilities will include**:
- Work in tandem with the Fundraising Team in their corporate fundraising and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Work with the Services Department to identify corporate funding for new services
- Research and develop a robust pipeline of new corporate partners who have a cause related interest in the work of the charity
- Support the Chief Executive in prospecting new business from existing and new pharmaceutical companies
- Work with the Marketing Manager to produce compelling materials and assets to share with corporate partners

**You will need to bring with you the following skills and experience**:
- Successful track record of writing effective and successful bids
- Knowledge of how to build value within partnerships
- A high level of skill and applied knowledge of managing corporate relationships
- A strong communicator with the ability to listen well and find ways to build rapport with others quickly
- An understanding and experience of the charity sector working in a commercial capacity
- Experience of collaborative working to support the achievement of team objectives
- Financial acumen including costing and pricing, budget setting and monitoring
- Skilled at writing, pitching and presenting
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages confidently
Although not essential knowledge and a good understanding of the British Pharmaceutical Industry would be useful.
