Managing all admin related to ‘retake’ students
- Managing ‘paying by instalment’ process (from start to finish)
- Any ‘copy/paste’ tasks that the course manger delegates
- Basic bookkeeping - receipts, invoices - payments and reconciliation
- Involved in assisting with the management of course supports
- Booking travel or accommodation for staff as and when required
- Collating and circulating student feedback
- Organising printing and delivery of course handbook and information
- Liaise with finance person when required
- Holiday Cover for the course manager
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
