**Our Estate Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an estate administrator in a small, friendly office. The current person has been in post for 8 years and is going on maternity leave for one year. The role is mainly office based but will also involve record keeping on the farm. You will report to the Estate manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

Estate
- Troubleshooting residential property maintenance call outs
- Estate/Property Admin
- Assisting Estate Manager
- Liaising with tenants
- Invoices
- Empty property checks
- Farm
- Scheduling and approving hours for the farm team
- Ensuring all farm records are up to date

**Skills and Experience**
- A can-do attitude with a sense of humour
- Highly organised
- Able to work under own initiative
- Comfortable around livestock
- Knowledge of farm registrations and record keeping
- Microsoft Office understanding
- SAGE experience is an advantage
