Legal Secretary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary for the Senior Partner. Previous experience of residential/commercial property is advantageous.
The successful applicant will need to be comfortable dealing with clients confidently and in a friendly and welcoming manner both face to face and over the telephone and have the ability to type quickly and accurately. The applicant must be comfortable with the general use of computer technology in the workplace.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Regular telephone contact with solicitors, accountants, agents and clients
- Opening and closing of client files and maintenance of filing system
**Requirements**:
- Good computer skills
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Integrity and a professional approach and manner
**Skills & Experience**:
- You are likely to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary
- You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
- You will need to possess good time management skills and be dependable
- Strong spelling and grammar skills
- You must have excellent organisational skills
- You must be meticulous and have a high attention to detail
- General administration duties as required
- You must be personable and able to deal with people on all levels
**Salary**:
negotiable depending on experience
