Are you an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing secretary looking for a new role in Mansfield If so keep on reading as I am working on a new position with a lovely law firm who have a great reputation across Nottinghamshire.

Joining the Residential Conveyancing team, you will be supporting a Fee Earner on their caseload of sales and purchase freehold and leasehold properties, as well as re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new builds and help to buy. Duties could include managing the diary, digital dictation, drafting documentation, completing SDLT forms, pre and post completion work, photocopying and scanning, and much more.

The firm are ideally looking for a Residential Conveyancing Secretary who has worked in this area of law previously and has strong knowledge of the Conveyancing process, has good IT skills, is hardworking and organised, enthusiastic, ambitious and who works well in a team.
