As a member of our Inclusion Team you will provide outstanding support to a range of students with inclusion needs. You will support their identified needs and help them to be the best they can be.

**You will**:

- Support the teaching and learning in the classroom to maximise the participation of named students
- Be caring and supportive and have a good understanding of the issues our young people encounter
- Be committed to achieving best outcomes for named students
