HR Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their expanding HR team. The role will support the HR Director in the provision of robust, credible operational HR support to the firm whilst being instrumental in the successful delivery of strategic projects. This varied role will touch every aspect of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to absence and sickness reporting and learning and development.
In return for your experience, passion for HR and a customer-focused, personable approach, you will receive access to ongoing, accredited training and continued professional development. You will have the opportunity to broaden your skill-base in a truly people centred culture to springboard your career as HR professional.
Ideally, you will be qualified to CIPD Level 3 although your drive, tenacity and want to do an outstanding job is just as important. And if you have previous experience gained in a professional services setting that would be great, but our client also welcomes a diversity of thought and ideas that experience from other sectors can bring.
