Our client based in Woking are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The purpose of this position is to be part of an integral part of a payroll department, with a number of important duties to ensure the smooth running of the payroll teamat your business.
The Payroll Administrator will:
- Assist with the Pensions Team
- Liaise with HR, Finance and any other key stakeholders to ensure work is submitted
- Work closely with the current outsourced provider to ensure a prompt and efficient payroll and pension service
- Assist Finance in any monthly payroll reconciliations
- Support the completion and submission of all annual returns to HMRC and pension providers
Support with general administration
To be considered for the Payroll Administrator you will:
- Be able to work well with numbers
- Ideally have previous payroll experience
- Work with confidence
- Build rapport with colleges easily
- Work well towards tight deadlines
- Have outstanding attention to detail
