**New position - Our client is a company who provide services within the Aviation industry, they are seeking someone to work within HR and support the HR Manager.**

**Duties will include**:

- Supporting HR manager with new staff and on boarding process
- Assisting with recruitment and advertising
- Arrange training and keeping training records up to date and maintaining GDPR
- Keeping personnel files up to date
- Carrying our employment checks to CAA standards

**Key Skills**:

- Educated to A-level or degree level, ideally with Business studies/HR qualifications
- An interest in starting or study towards CIPD (level 3)
- Experience and knowledge of HR Systems
- Excellent high level of IT skills and ability to use different IT software and systems
- Excellent levels of accuracy and ability for managing lots of detailed data
- Naturally Inquisitive with a desire to work in HR within Aviation

You should have experience working within a HR ADMIN type of position, ideally you will have experience working within the aviation / cargo / logistics.

Working Monday to Thursday and working from home Friday

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
