**About The Role**:

We are looking for a Commissioning Service Support Officer to join the team, we need a motivated and well organised person to fill this role.
- Your work will be varied and span the service area you are assigned to
- Your role will be working and supporting Commissioning colleagues across the Adults Commissioning team
- Dealing with enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders, also the chance to learn about the work of the team to fully support them
- Working in a hybrid approach, your work will be varied and interesting

**Further Information**:
You will need to have
- Significant experience in an administrative role, using computerised systems
- Experience of producing documents to a high quality standard
- Experience of customer care
- Good written/spoken English
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, to use initiative, prioritise and complete work under pressure
- Ability to build and sustain good working relationships with people at all levels, both internal and external
- Experience using electronic databases and systems (full training would be given on the specific databases and systems the team uses)
- Experience of working in a team environment and fit within a supportive team (the role would be suitable, once training has been undertaken, for flexible and home working)

This role is full time at 37 hours per week.
