We currently have a vacancy for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Finance team and start a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3.

**So what do you need to do?**

You will help and support all of the divisions of the Finance Team and gain a good understanding of all aspects of Finance. You will support the Finance team by providing administrative support to the department and the wider Commercial Group. We will offeryou training and support towards your development and apprenticeship.

**You will**:

- Administrative support to all areas within the department
- Supporting accounts receivable to produce customer reports, ensuring that they are accurate, dealing with customer queries regarding their reports and new customer set up
- Supporting accounts payable in voice processing, dealing with supplier queries and reconciliation of supplier statements
- Support credit control issuing remittances and customer statements
- Management of secure storage and controlled access for all customer contracts
- Oversee management of policy documentation and certificates for tender submission
- Document scanning
- Shredding of confidential documents to ensure compliance with company policy
- Management & distribution of post
- Ad Hoc support / work requests for the department and for the wider business to support company projects and initiatives.

- Excellent organisational skills

You will also need to have:

- GCSEs in Maths and English grades A - C (4 - 9)

- A salary of £12,500 rising to £19,305 after successful completion of the apprenticeship
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days with length of service
