**This is a full time permanent role. We offer a hybrid working model. You will need to be in the West London office 3 days a week.**

**Position Overview**

We are a young and dynamic beauty company operating primarily in the E-commerce space, with seriously impressive growth metrics within 18 months of operations.

Our mission is to create a brand that's fun on the outside but serious on the inside with plant-based, nutritional formulas that transforms the skin from within - without breaking the bank

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist rockstar to connect with our customers - answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations. We are also looking for a hungry and eager-to-learn multi-tasker who can help problem-solve operational issues. Our Customer Operations Specialists are the heart of our business and have a major impact on our continued success.

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered by liaising with warehouse personnel
- Manage returns, issue refunds, liaise with the warehouse regarding any order issues
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture

**Qualifications**:

- You bring 1-2 years experience of CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk or equivalent)
- Educated to degree level or currently studying at degree level
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Google sheets and doc rockstars
- Tech-savvy with an enthusiasm for the beauty industry
- A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers and

demonstrates the ability to swiftly address customer concerns efficiently
- E-commerce customer service experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 56 per week

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- CRM software: 2 years (required)
- Problem management: 1 year (preferred)
- Beauty Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- London, W4 5PY (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- London, W4 5PY: Relocate before starting work (required)
