You will manage a portfolio of customers across our Islands Community who have fallen into arrears with their lending products. This will require a proactive approach, demonstrating an understanding and commitment to delivering the best customer outcome.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and third parties, where appropriate, to help meet the current and future needs of customers whilst ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
