**About the role: Schools Partnership Executive**

Activate Learning are now looking for a Schools Partnership Executive to join the team working across our Oxfordshire colleges on a fixed term, part time basis to cover maternity.

You will build and maintain effective relationships with our local schools and stakeholders across the education landscape to ensure potential learners are aware of our comprehensive course offer. This will involve attending school assemblies, workshops and career evening events to deliver engaging presentations and widen access to information, advice and guidance that supports learners on their next steps.

Hours: 29.5 hours per week all year round or 35 hours per week term time only (0.8 FTE)

**Salary**: £28,627 - £29,484 per annum pro rata, depending on skills and experience.

Location: Flexibility to be based at City of Oxford College or Banbury & Bicester College, with opportunities of working from home and regular travel to other sites and local schools/stakeholders.

**What do you need to be successful as a Schools Partnership Executive at Activate Learning?**

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a great team working ethic, with strong skills in communication both written and verbal, and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive presentations and group sessions.

You will have experience of working in an educational environment or with young people, with good knowledge of the 14+ education environment. Experience of working in liaison with schools and building effective partnerships with key stakeholders would be beneficial, but is not essential.

There will be some travel within the role, so a clean driving license and use of a car is essential.
