**Sales Administration Co-ordinator**

- **Sales Administration Co-ordinator **in a specialist electronics manufacturing Company, based in Egham near Staines/Heathrow.
- The package for
- **Sales Administration Co-ordinator **role:
- 25k salary
- Monthly bonus scheme (on target of+£200 per month)
- Flexible working hours (Core hours 10am to 4pm)
- Pension
- 37.5 hrs per week

The main role for
- **Sales Administration Co-ordinator **include:
- Process sales orders for scheduling in production planning
- Manage the despatch and invoicing process for completed orders
- Support the product returns process for all warranty, and loan and replacement process.
- Liaise with customers on sales order confirmations and general queries
- Support export data

Required skills and experience for
- **Sales Administration Co-ordinator **role:
- Experience of a high volume, multitasking office administration role
- Attention to detail
- MRP system
- Able to manage and prioritise a complex workload
- Excel and Word (intermediate)
- Goal-orientated
- Problem solver
- Team player

Previous MRP system experience essential
- Quickbooks experience would be an advantage
