**£22,000 OTE £24,000**

**(45 hours a week between the hours of 7am - 6pm)**

**1 in 5 Saturday mornings paid as overtime (4 hours)**

**Automotive Service Administrator** - We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for our commercial truck client who have dealerships and workshop across the Northwest and surrounding areas.

Due to an increase in business an exciting opportunity has arisen for number of Service administrators to join an established administration team based in Huyton. The service team play a pivotal role in ensuring all customers, documentation and systems arekept running smoothly to enhance relationships both internally and externally.

**The job: Automotive Service Administrator**

You will be an important part of the service team and be an excellent team player. Organisation and attention to detail are key to this role.
- You will Process Purchase orders for invoicing invoiced
- Deal with all workshop job card invoicing.
- Ensure that all records and systems are maintained accurately and completely
- Manage month end job card invoicing in a timely manner whilst considering the level of work in progress.
- Ensure efficient processing of warranty claims
- Control the warranty system in order to avoid the risk of loss to the company.
- Raise & invoice warranty claims
- Manage any warranty rejections and recharge the customer.
- Ensure that the interface between the dealership's systems and those of the manufacturer/ distributor remain effective
- Ensure all visitors receive a consistently professional and courteous welcome.
- Filing of invoices
- General Archiving
- Any other duties as and when required by the Service Manager.

**Experience required: Service Administrator**
- Ideally some Automotive or Commercial vehicle industry experience
- Experience in similar industry preferred
- Resilient, able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to think analytically and problem solve
- Able to show compassion and understanding whilst remaining professional and considering business needs at all times when dealing with customers.
