- Develop and implement a variety of activities to meet the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of our residents
- Coordinate and schedule activities such as games, crafts, music therapy, exercise classes, and outings
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a well-rounded activity program
- Assess residents' interests and abilities to tailor activities to their individual preferences
- Provide support and assistance to residents during activities
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members

- Experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Ability to plan and organise activities that are engaging and appropriate for seniors
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for our residents
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during activities
