This modern, technologically focused research and insights company are revolutionising the ways in which brands interpret their consumers behaviour. Their 21st Century approach to research has allowed them to deliver precise and sophisticated brand tracking,campaign evaluation and product innovation studies for clients such as Coca Cola, Marie Curie, Art Fund and Lloyds Banking Group.

The efficiency with which this company operates has allowed them to conduct large scale investigations at a level not seen before. By implementing robust technology platforms, they allow brands to connect directly with consumers in over 130 countries.

As a Client Success Manager you will strengthen the reputation of such brands and work on revolutionary survey research.

**KEY DUTIES**
- As Client Success Manager you will fulfil ad hoc requests when required and deliver on client objectives
- Select the most appropriate methodology in order to meet client demand
- Design and deliver robust questionnaires and go on to tell insightful stories from data
- Liaise closely with the Production team and ensure the scope of each project is communicated while also outlining expectations
- Similarly, you will take on a mentor role by coaching junior executives and interns

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You will possess strong quantitative abilities and enjoy the storytelling aspect of research
- Have an excellent ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and lead aspects of some of them
- You will be a strong communicator with an inquisitive attention to detail
- A role suited to an analytical quantitative researcher who enjoys the storytelling aspect of the research cycle and would like to get involved with more sophisticated analytics and tools.
