**Responsibilities**:
Manging income raised by the residents team
- Managing all invoicing and capturing receipts relating to our on-site residents.
- Maintaining a tracker to show the status of invoicing, receipts and tenant deposits.
- Creating payment plans, and helping the team to manage incoming and outgoing tenants.
- Tracking and monitoring deposits from our residents.
- Ensuring that our on-site restaurants and cafes are invoiced corrctly.
- Helping the team to monitor receipts and chase late payments.

Other tasks
- Completing monthly releases of income relating to our online and ticketing platforms.
- Act as lead for a project to move our invoicing to a new system, helping to develop robust controls and processes.
- Other reasonable and appropriate tasks that may be required.

Looking for someone who has:

- Training towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience of working in a financial accounting role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present numbers to non
- financial colleagues
- A team player with a flexible, "can do" attitude, taking initiative to solve problems
- Experience of managing a small team
- Strong organisational skills; able to manage a varied workload, able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Having a "continuous improvement" mind set, questioning processes and investigating better ways of working within the role
- Highly motivated, with the willingness to get more involved as time will allow
- Working knowledge of accounting software packages
- Intermediate Excel skills (SUMIF, LOOKUP, Pivot tables)
