**What you will be working on**:
**Treasury Operations**
- Assist in the implementation of new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations.
- Act as a liaison between Treasury and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll, as necessary, to investigate and resolve day-to-day inquiries.
- Assistance with selecting, opening, and closing company bank accounts both domestically and internationally, including coordinating the preparation of necessary KYC documentation.
- Work with the wire team to set up European wires and ensure that necessary daily wires are sent out on a timely basis.
- Monitor daily cash needs in Europe, including reconciling payments going out each day with the applicable bank(s)
- Act as a company administrator on our interactive bank portals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies in Europe.

**General Ledger**
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure that treasury-related journal entries for various European bank, money market cash accounts, etc. are recorded appropriately.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Involvement in the streamlining of internal processes to gain efficiencies and maintain sound internal controls.
- Special projects, including performing treasury research and formally documenting the conclusions of management.
- System and software implementation and upgrade testing, including Yardi, as applicable.
- Working with the Acquisitions team to ensure European bank accounts are set up when transactions close.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What we expect from you**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of Treasury-related experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to handle a large volume of work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent financial acumen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, reliable, and flexible.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent PC skills required, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Real Estate Industry experience.
- Experience with Yardi, Yardi PayScan, JP Morgan Access, Wells Fargo CEO, and/or Bank of America CashPro.
