**Children's Support Worker**
Our homes accommodate young autistic people, who can have a range of additional needs and previous experiences. Our vision is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. **Residential Support Worker role**:
At the homes, our dedicated team takes care of our young people daily, ensuring their well-being, happiness, and growth. Our staff are involved in starting the morning by ensuring that our young people are up and ready for the day ahead. We understand the importance of routine and structure in their lives. You will take care of all the necessary paperwork, so you can focus on what truly matters - our children’s well-being. Our transparent and efficient processes keep everything running smoothly. From evenings to weekends, our goal is to create a sense of joy and fun. Whether it's playing on the Xbox, a spirited game of football, a cosy film day, or the thrill of go-karting, we ensure that each moment is filled with laughter and adventure. As a Youth Worker, the work you do truly matters. It's about tapping into each young person's unique needs, personality, and potential. You will take pride in guiding them towards a positive and promising future.

Annual Salary: Base salary of £26,000 (40 Hours per week) to £33,969 (48 Hours per week) when permanent. For the temp to perm (12 working weeks), this equats to £100 per day (8-hour day).
**Renumeration Package**:
£500 welcome bonus (After completing the 6-month probation)
£500 loyalty bonus (After completing 12-months service)
£80 per sleep bonus.
Training: A full 4-week induction as well as specialised training
Holiday: 5.6 Weeks per year.
Progression: Training suited to your needs and interests.
Wellbeing: a host of well-being tools and advice including employee assistance

- If you do not have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, the group will fund this professional growth.
- A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
