**OVERVIEW**:
As our new Difference Delivery Lead, you will lead the Difference Delivery team to help Gymshark define and deliver the business plan, driving execution throughout the organisation. This role and team provide Gymshark with an increased speed, urgency and commerciality in the operating model, balancing customer-centric mindset with commercial hunger. Fundamentally you will be installing accountability and driving ownership across all layers of the organisation.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
Responsible for:
Business plan:

- Supporting the Strategy Director, and leading within areas, the preparation of the business plan
- Supporting senior management with collating information for the business plan

Difference delivery:

- Leading programme management of the business plan delivery
- Co-ordinating resources across the organisation to ensure Gymshark are aligned behind the right investments
- Driving urgency to ensure we are delivering the business plan in the right timeframe
- Holding workstream owners to account
- Own and validate economics to ensure we are delivering the right outcomes
- Ensuring alignment across the business through Chiefs and Directors
- Having a long term view to ensure that the workstream owners are focused on the long-term delivery
- Providing effective governance to the delivery of the business plan
- Tracking progress of how each initiative is performing and holding people to account

Responsible for encouraging a culture of belonging that everyone wants to be part of

- Alignment across the organisation on delivery of the business plan
- Tracking progress of the business plan

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Strategy consultancy experience is required
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Attention to detail & proven problem solving skills
- Proven interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with different people both internally and externally
- Experience with financial modelling and report writing
- Proven presentation skills
- Must have a thirst for knowledge and want to widen their own experience
- Experience and ability in coaching
- People first mindset
- Experience in people management
- An ability to challenge and also to be challenged
- Be able to manage their own time and allocate available time efficiently
- Willingness to give and receive effective feedback
