Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Driver to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a Fleet Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles from clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of vehicles while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect vehicles from clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Find the best economical route to each job allocated
  • Complete Vehicle condition reports for each delivery
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service by employing a considerate attitude to meet all customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams to communicate with colleagues
  • Drive vehicles within the traffic laws and speeding limits with great care of each vehicle
  • Prepare company vehicles when required
  • Identify any issues with a fleet vehicle and report to the fleet team

Requirements

  • Must be flexible to work overtime and additional hours within busy periods
  • Comfortable using a mobile phone to communicate while on the road
  • Based in Birmingham, with potential for travel across the UK
