About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Driver to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a Fleet Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles from clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of vehicles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect vehicles from clients, adhering to strict timeframes and schedules
  • Utilize route optimization techniques to minimize travel time and reduce fuel consumption
  • Conduct thorough vehicle condition reports for each delivery and collection
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a considerate and professional attitude towards clients
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate vehicle movements and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and safety guidelines
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean and presentable
  • Identify and report any damage or issues with fleet vehicles
Requirements
  • Full driving license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work overtime and additional hours during busy periods
  • Comfortable using a mobile phone to communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays
