About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Driver to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles from clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect vehicles from clients, adhering to traffic laws and speeding limits.
  • Complete vehicle condition reports for each delivery and collection.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service, employing a considerate attitude to meet all customer requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams to communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Prepare company vehicles for delivery and collection, ensuring they are in good condition.
  • Identify any issues with fleet vehicles and report damage to the fleet team.
Requirements
  • Must have a FULL driving license.
  • Be flexible to work overtime and additional hours during busy periods.
  • Comfortable using a mobile phone to communicate while on the road.
  • Based in Birmingham, with potential for travel across the UK.
