**Administration Assistant (Maternity leave)**
We are an AV Company, Based in Langport, Somerset, working nationally to provide expertise in the supply and installation of integrated Audio-Visual systems through different sectors in hospitality and retail industry. We have staff in the field and a small admin team back at base supporting them while they create the magic in pubs and places of entertainment.
**The Role**:
The position is Full time supporting the Office manager and the team in general with everyday duties such as Inputting invoices, general data input, tracking orders, arranging returns, making, and receiving phone calls and keeping our CRM and other systems up to date.
**What we are looking for**
- Your enthusiasm.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Polite and helpful telephone manner.
- Knowledge of SAGE would be great but not essential.
- Happy with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Someone to complete tasks and projects swiftly
- Methodical.
- Confident but not afraid to ask questions.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Quick reaction to situations that require a quick turnaround.
- A good communicator.
- Friendly personality.
- Respect confidentiality.
- We also want you to enjoy working here
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. (ideally full time but we are open to discuss your needs and fit in if we can)

Pension 20 Days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays (Pro-Rata for part time hours)
Christmas shutdown
AND we don’t work on a weekend
The office is based in a lovely rural setting so you will need transport
Salary based on Full time **c£23,000.00** per annum
