This is a unique opportunity to join Solutions Audio Visual providing complete Audio Visual solutions to places of entertainment such as Pubs & clubs and corporate Audio Visual solutions across the UK.

We are hiring an office associate to support our sales and admin team based at our offices in Langport, Somerset. This is an entry-level position, with opportunities to develop new skills and take on more responsibility as you progress.

You will be provided full training and salary increases as you progress. You will need to have excellent attendance and time keeping, be hardworking and have a willingness to learn and expand your existing skill set, with support from Solutions Audio Visual.

This is a Full-time position.

**Duties will include**:

- Collaborate with various departments to support daily operations and assist with administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized, creating a smooth work environment for your colleagues.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments, demonstrating your strong organizational skills.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Participate in special projects and events, giving you exposure to different aspects of the business and a chance to shine.
- Embrace opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the company and develop a deep understanding of our industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour that makes everyone feel welcome.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Eagerness to collaborate with a diverse team and contribute your unique ideas.
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and/or taking accurate phone messages.
- Data entry (on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Salary based on Full time & experience, starting at £18,800.
