Hire Administrator

The role will revolve around coordinating the hiring process of equipment to new and established clients:
- Liaise with clients to find out their needs.
- Liaise with technical personnel to ascertain the correct equipment.
- Producing accurate quotes for hire contracts.
- Administrative duties associated with the hire.
- Integral communication link between yard staff and transport management.
- Maintaining accurate records both paper and computer based.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service with good communication skills
- Professional
- Organised
- Team player
- Experience within a hire sector would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given
- Valid UK driving license due to rural area
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
