**Job Description**:
This role will work in close partnership with the Video Director, Lead Editor & wider social team editing footage that over the past two years that has included top-tier athletes such as Lionel Messi, Bruno Fernandez, Jack Grealish, Mason Mount, Conor Benn, Emma Radacanu, Bernardo Silva, Carl Frampton, Ellen White to name a few Content will include a mixture of studio-based, on-pitch & behind the scenes locations featuring some of the world’s top sporting brands like Nike, adidas, PUMA, Under Armour, and ASICS.
- Receiving video briefs from different departments across the business and concepting treatments that deliver against the objectives.
- Attending shoots with professional players, athletes & models capturing content for different platforms including social, retail, web and internal marketing collateral.
- Concepting original video ideas using new techniques to present products in a creative way that inspire our audiences to purchase.
- Leverage pre-produced video, stock assets, music and your own creativity to output a compelling and consistently amazing, true-to-brand video content.
- Record and edit video projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files.
- Creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voiceover/ sfx, media management and archiving project media
- Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
- Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
- Calibrating and maintaining equipment
- Working in the studio as part of a production team to edit film

- You will need valid working rights for the UK
- A keen eye for detail and a critical mind
- Creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing
- Patience and concentration
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
- A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
- Organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Communication skills, both written and oral
