**Job Description**:
You will join a growing creative and marketing team based in London where they will have the opportunity to lead the video team, creating content for:

- Socials - Organic and paid Ads, Instagram reels, YouTube, etc
- Campaigns - Narrative-led hero films
- Retail window screens - Up and down the country & Europe
- Branded content & business development materials.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the creative vision of the video production at Sports Direct and be in charge of planning out every detail of a project, from treatments to casting to shooting and editing. Having strong leadership skills, effectively communicating their ideas to all members of the team.

You will work in close partnership with the current video team and wider marketing and social teams, pushing the boundaries as a visual storyteller that reflects Sports Direct’s new and refined brand purpose and positioning. Ensuring that all video projects are completed on time and within budget by communicating with relevant teams in the business.

Shoots will include a mixture of studio-based, on-pitch & behind the scenes locations. Creating content in collaboration with some of the world’s top sporting brands like Nike, adidas, PUMA, Under Armour, and ASICS. Working with and directing top-tier athletes such as Lionel Messi, Bruno Fernandez, Jack Grealish, Mason Mount, Conor Benn, Emma Radacanu, Bernardo Silva, and Alessia Russo.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or related field.
- Have experience creating retail / branded content with a commercial focus.
- Proven success in project management from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail from a creative point of view.
- Creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative flexibility when working with a team and a willingness to adapt to change.
