**Your role**

- We’re looking for a People, Communications and Governance Specialist like you to:
- execute our FCP People strategy to engage and motivate staff by providing the right working environment and opportunities to ensure FCP is set-up for the future
- develop high-quality written communication materials including all employee communications, organizational announcements, presentations, meeting materials, intranet and connections
- co-ordinate content and logistics around internal events including all staff calls, meet and greets
- offer varied learning opportunities to ensure employees have the necessary skills to meet their mandate and support their career and learning development
- drive development opportunities and programs including promotions process, Key Talent nominations and career development plans
- deliver a monthly people management report for discussion and action across several dimensions including span of control, DE&I, career preferences, local supervision etc. to ensure our employees are being managed effectively and with care in order to retain and develop talent, reduce attrition and remain a function of choice
- organize and lead our function-specific FCP People Group to collaborate and drive frequent people activities and engagement enabling attendees, linked to our overall FCP People strategy
- support various governance forums for FCP, and act as secondary owner for our non-financial risk (NFR) reporting requirements within our organization
- work with a variety of stakeholders both within our function and with supporting units, mainly Human Resources and our broader Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance colleagues

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Chief of Staff team for Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) and be working closely with our Head of Financial Crime Prevention. We are an independent 2nd Line of Defense independent control function present in 14 countries with over 600 employees. We’ve built a dedicated team of financial crime specialists who understand and respect the significance of our part to play in protecting the integrity of our financial system as well as broader society.
- We are responsible for five taxonomies - Anti Money Laundering/Know Your Customer, Sanctions, Anti Bribery & Corruption, Internal Fraud and External Fraud. Our team work to ensure that we have proper policies, processes and controls in place to deter money laundering and other financial crimes against our bank, our clients and stakeholders as well as continuously enhancing them. We also maintain active participation with selected Public Private Partnerships to share complementary sets of information so banks and law enforcement agencies can better focus their collective efforts to safeguard society. Given the taxonomies we’re responsible for, our level of engagement and reach across our firm including all three lines of defense is extensive so an effective financial crime prevention program remains essential.

**Your expertise**
- ideally several years of experience working in Human Resources, Communications or in a similar role
- highly organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- excellent communicator and strong collaborator across functions and teams
- quick to learn new things be it a new tool or different process
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- a highly motivated and collegiate team player; honest, reliable and take a positive approach with a consistent demonstration of integrity, active collaboration and constructive challenge
- excellent PowerPoint skills and a sound knowledge of Word and Excel
- structured work style coupled with distinct planning and execution abilities
- fluent in English
