**Location**: Our depots in Crownhill and Torquay

**Contract**: Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months (possibility of being extended)

**Responsibilities**

As a **Customer Liaison Officer**, you’ll be working within the South-West Water Team, supporting them in provide high quality drinking and waste water service throughout Cornwall, Devon, Bournemouth and small parts of Somerset.

Your day to day will include:

- be responsible for delivering and supporting others to achieve excellent customer service on behalf of South-West Water and Kier
- to ensure that our reputations for customer satisfaction are protected before, during and after delivery of works and any subsequent Regulatory measure or customer satisfaction score is impacted positively
- where necessary, take ownership where South-West Water Key Account Customers are affected by works or events
- proactively manage sensitive interactions - e.g. Planned Interruptions, Flooding of multiple properties
