Executive Assistant to The Directors

**What we are looking for**:
The Directors of Acuity Associates and The Acuity Method are looking for an Executive Assistant to support them in their work across both growing businesses. A bright, articulate and flexible individual is required to ensure that all the Directors essential and multiple responsibilities are met for the two businesses. The role is predominantly remote / WFH however the ability to travel to West London 1-2 times a month & Worcester 1 time a month is required (all travel & expenses paid for). The hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday however we do offer some flexibility.

**What we need you to do**:

- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences logistics
- Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Attending meetings (mostly online) and taking notes to be distributed
- Other admin duties as required across both the businesses
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Management of miscellaneous issues
- Right-hand person to the Directors

- 2yrs+ PA Experience or similar

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
